★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I rented this cottage for a week with my children and their 2 cousins. Location was great and the kids enjoyed the water park a lot. The cottage could have been cleaned up much better to make a great cottage, updating also is needed. We were told a pass to sandbanks would be included with our stay when I advised the owner Dana immediately that their was no pass she replied that yes their was. There wasn’t, then we got charged $150 for having to replace this pass which was never there to begin with . When we asked for this $150 to be refunded we were pretty much told we were liars and then they refused to answer calls or emails. I do not recommend renting from these people.
