D	Don Hedges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility has not been kept up. It is run down. The window a/c unit was so loud and obnoxious that I couldn’t sleep. The restaurant staff acted as though they were doing us a favor by seating by us. I have a good allergy that I told the server about and was told they would accommodate it. They served me the very good that I am allergic to. Couldn’t find another restaurant for dinner so had to go back for dinner. My food came out cold. I sent the plate of cold food and asked for a garden salad. They brought me a Caesar salad and also charged me for it. Run down facility, poor service, way over priced rooms.
L	Lily Hua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed at lodge 1 and now Dunes lake house. Lodge one is newly renovated but something are still dated. The Dunes house is similar. They are just not into details... wrong size sheet for sofa bed. Door doesn't open fully for bedroom because if design. Lampshade nor bolted into bed side lamp. Old sink with chipped door. Front door that damages the frame when fully opened because of installation. Dimmer switch installed backwards etc.. the location on the beach was great. Lots of fire pit for everyone and the two lake houses guest can't see each other which was nice. The place is also not super clean. Found cookies on top of fridge, stuff from mop left on the floor under bed where it was left. Bbq had no cleaning tool or lighter. The bed was firm to my liking. Playground is old just constantly painted over, so not super safe. The grounds are fine. The beach rocky vs sand but its fine. We like the location a lot.. quiet lake etc but facilities is wanting.
C	Catarina Pacella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll admit, after reading the reviews I was a bit worried. My husband and I were staying there as part of our Staycation Honeymoon. I had booked a room with a whirlpool tub and a king-sized bed. It was reasonably priced and well located to see all the sights nearby. The Inn was clean, simply but tastefully decorated, and the room had everything we needed for a two night stay. Parking was plentiful and free and the two employees I spoke with while there were cheerful and helpful. We stayed in the old INN side, near the pool (which was closed for the season) and we couldn't hear our neighbors or passing traffic. It was a nice and peaceful stay. I would recommend Isiah Tubbs to anyone looking for a restful and romantic place to stay in Prince Edward County. The only downside is the wifi is very spotty, otherwise it's a great spot to end a long day of visiting wineries, cideries, and markets.

On the actual hotel ISAIAH TUBBS website, the cancellation terms which appeared when I booked noted that a cancellation / administration fee would apply if LESS than 30 days’ notice was provided of cancellation. I provided over 45 days’ notice of cancellation, and the hotel still charged the administration fee. When I forwarded them their own terms of cancellation which accompanied my booking and my confirmation of booking from their own booking system, which noted cancellation fees only apply if cancellation is made with LESS than 30 days’ notice, I did NOT receive a response, nor a refund of my administration fee. Despite attempts on my part to contact them regarding this matter, I have (at the time of writing this) received no response and no refund of the admin / cancellation fee. AVOID THIS RESORT. They have quite literally taken my money against their OWN WRITTEN policies on their OWN booking system. My experience with their customer service has been deplorable, and I am relieved that I needed to cancel in the end – my experience has been so negative I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars.
K	Ken St. John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was thrilled at the size of the tubs and the jets; mich bigger than other places that advertise soakers tubs with jets I have stayed at in the past which made for a very enjoyable stay. We stayed here on a friend's dime but the staff were no-nonsense, friendly and make good recommendations; ended up visiting a Korean restaurant in downtown Picton that they mentioned in their pamphlet which was incredible, and it was only 10 minutes to the Hayloft which was a great dance party with lots of shania Twain and great beats. Needs were met and the beds were very comfortable- as someone with chronic pain the pillows were the perfect combination of soft for comfort and still firm for neck support, touch ups to the rooms have been immaculately made. It's an older/established place but in the best way- you can tell they take very good care of their rooms, the important parts are kept up, and hospitality is excellent. Would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you to the hardworking staff!
