★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at the St. George since October 2019, shortly after it began taking occupancy. The building really stands out amongst the old 3-story walk-ups in the area. The aesthetics continue inside, with beautiful colour schemes in the suites and, of course, the benefit of new appliances and no wear and tear. The residents are very quiet but friendly, and everyone is very respectful of each other, especially with COVID restrictions in force.
The location is excellent, being a quick hop up to the highway, one block out from Lonsdale with Loblaws City Market, Starbucks, JJ Bean, plus a variety of restaurants to choose from. Super easy to pop down to the Quay but without the noise and busyness of Lower Lonsdale.
The building is under new management by QuadReal, a company that manages properties across the country. They have been excellent to work with, respond promptly to requests and are very helpful. I snapped the chain on my blind and had maintenance up trying to fix it within the hour. This is how building management should be. I am only moving out because I bought a condo.
All in all, a great building to live in and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient location, well-appointed suites and excellent management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for about a month now. Loving the apartment! The team at the leasing office has been very friendly and warm. They were incredibly patient and welcoming during rental application and move-in. Internet was already almost set up before moving, which was so helpful! Amenities are great! New, well designed units, and excellent heating. Respectful neighbors in the building. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The halls and stairway are maintained well and always kept clean. Love that there are hand sanitizers by the entrance and the elevators. If you walk a couple of blocks down the street, it is quite lively. Loblaws and Whole Foods are nearby. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Bus stops are close by. Great view of the mountains from the area! Very happy to be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been living here for 9 months now. We love our apartment but unhappy with a few things:
• Underground parking is limited. Street Parking is also limited and obviously does not offer the same security underground parking does. My husband’s truck has been hit twice while being parked on 18th street. He is still on a wait list and this has been almost a year. That being said, the size of the underground parking does not correlate with the amount of rental units onsite (it is quite small).
•The Mailroom - though secure for letter mail, is not secure for packages. I have ordered two packages on two separate occasions and they have gone missing. I have asked management to look at the cameras but they have not yet done so and says this is not their problem. There are many tenants in the building with the same issue.
The apartments are lovely with great views on either side, and very accessible to businesses in Central Lonsdale, but the issues mentioned above, however small they may be to some, contribute to our overall view of the Saint George.
