★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in rush to hire someone to move an antique glass vitrine together with a dinning table and chairs and as it was by end of the month ,did not have multiple options. So finally came by the Friends moving inc for their help and they accepted the job. It took about 2.5 hour work and they charged me $420. Unfortunately during moving, they broke 2 pieces of side and shelve glasses of the cabinet and they said they will order and will replaced the parts as soon as possible! I trusted them and paid the money in full amount! After 3 weeks calling them back and forth to follow up, the guy said it will be faster that I myself order the parts and then they will refund the fee. I asked couple glass companies to find a reasonable price and finally found a good quote, so double checked with them and the Friends Company Inc confirmed the estimate. I drove , picked up the parts , installed , sent the invoice to them and called them for refund and the Friends Moving inc supposed to etransfer the money back to me. But it didn't look like they want to proceed with the refund and just brought some excuses and treated me in a very shameful and rude way and the guy said "your wife did say lie to us about the number of stairs during the moving !". What the F... ! Excuse me, You guys were able to refuse the job once you got there and even I helped them during the work. To me it looks like a MONEY GRAB and abusing the people trust. Very unprofessional and rude and I wont ever recommend the Friends Moving Inc to anyone else and if I was able to put less star than one, I would definitely have done that.
