★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot judge a book by its cover, but imo greasy spoons are usually pretty good.
These ribs were excellent.
The fries were perfectly done. They were probably standard frozen fare but they were elevated to another level by Johnny. Crisp edges, fluffy interior with not a hint of excess oil.
The sauce on the ribs, coming from a Billy B honey container was obviously home made and absolutely delicious.
I am honestly blown away. The quality and price are a legitimate 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looks a little rough from the outside but they make a mean rack of ribs!
These are probably the best ribs on the city. They fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. The half rack platter is perfect for most, but if you're up for a challenge go for a full rack and you'll be satisfied.
The fries are cooked perfectly. Golden brown, little crunch and nice and soft in the middle.
Friendly staff and pretty quick; takes only about half an hour when you call your order in. Great prices too. Average cost for two people coming in at $25.
The beef short ribs have a great flavour but you need some teeth for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is fantastic, reasonable priced, and delicious. Try the stuff from the Chef's specials! The chicken fettuccine Alfredo is one of the best I've tried, and the bruschetta is excellent as well. A real gem of the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got ribs in a Caesar salad to go. I've driven past this so many times and didn't even notice it. The ribs were chewy too sweet. The salad was not very Caesar tasting. Not sure I would go back here but I do want to try breakfast at this joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop what you are doing and go to this place now and get yourself some ribs. These are the absolute best ribs bar none I have ever EVER had in my life. The owner is so kind and this place exudes so much old school charm that is lost on the daily in Toronto. I will be back again and again and I am kicking myself that I didn’t try this place sooner and feel fortunate I live so close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't judge a book by it's cover. The dine in experience may not be for everyone but the ribs are awesome. Food is reasonably priced and travels for takeout really well. The owner runs the place on his own and is very friendly and highly efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying across the street and thought why not try it out. The decor was definitely not fancy at all, but the owner was super friendly and speedy.
Got a 1/2 rack of ribs. They were delicious. Got a kids chicken nugget… unfortunately they were a little over cooked.
Don’t let appearances deceive you… good ribs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the ribs. Juicy, tender and the perfect burn! Served with a side of fries and coleslaw. The chef/owner was cheerful and seemed happy to chat, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely coming back for more very soon.
