Having just arrived in Toronto from a different country, my boyfriend and I were overwhelmed with conflicting information from other realtors and property managers. Finding RLG was BLISS! Anastasia was very professional and transparent throughout the entire ordeal. Not only did we find an amazing place much sooner than anticipated, she and team promptly helped us get installed. I would recommend this group to anyone, but ESPECIALLY to international tennants who are planning to stay in Toronto for a longer period. There are a lot of scams out there and people who will take advantage of your situation. RLG is transparent, honest and experienced in handling these cases - stress-free rental in Toronto!

Not only they had helped us to find our tenants very quickly, they ended up staying at our condo for 3 years without being late on paying rent once and also had kept the unit very clean and in good condition.They are great quality tenants with amazing references. Ms Han Tang, the Leasing & Management Manager has always been amazing, very professional and responsive. She looks after our tenant's need and making sure we are always informed with any activities of our unit. I have heard so many bad rental management stories in the past but Rental Lifestyle group is nothing but extremely professional and efficient Monthly statements are all clear and easy to understand. Will strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for rental management help in Toronto. They also had helped us with the sale of our condo as well from introducing us to a great realtor, helping our tenants with the moving out process, etc... We can't be happier with this company. M	Mila hearst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This scamming company doesn’t seem to realize that just because someone’s Google name isn’t necessarily their government name doesn’t mean they didn’t live there.... very ignorant. To anyone out there considering a rental through this group, PLEASE look elsewhere. They will literally just blatantly steal from you... it’s very sad because I have never had a negative experience with a rental and have excellent records with previous landlords. This company is clearly desperate for a few hundred dollars that they are willing to lie and take advantage of respectful tenants. I loved the unit itself but the behaviour from this company is shameful and disgusting.

Danette accepted my application quickly and explained to me all the details I should know about renting the unit. On request provided very quickly rental confirmation & receipts. Always were sending me all copies of documents by email and by mail. Also, I have a very smooth transition, thanks to the agency, when the landlord made a decision to take over the unit. They were responsive when I first talked to them on the phone then all of a sudden switched and became rude after I sent them my information. It made no sense because I know that I had solid paperwork and it definitely felt like some other reason behind which is obvious. An advice for this unprofessional company: Toronto is a multinational city. If you have prejudices or don't want to work with International people then don't work in this field. I am so glad I picked another company and ended up finding a great place with their help.
