★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasn't for the hookers and junkies the dealers would be out of business, the drunks would have nothing to complain about, and management would get bored. Building has tons of security cameras to make you feel safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally got raped by bedbugs. Buddy at the front desk is new to life in general while the other tenants are nocturnal, neighbor felt he absolutely needed to blast Led Zepplin 3 (great album) at 3am or he was going to die. Although looking back I guess only hearing 2 domestics on my floor was better than what was anticipated and the crackhead that came for a visit at 4am insisting "Jeff" was in there and if she could also borrow some sugar was a welcome surprise. If you want a story to tell your kids comparable to grampa's POW imprisonment this is the place to make that dream a reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad that this building had had gotten away with an illegally evicting me and my room mate right when covid 19 hit back in March I was bribed by Lisa to sign paperwork and and leave she said it would be safer for me making it like my life was indanger I only wish the cops would have help but they done nothing either thanks for upholding the VPD,!!

It only seems to spark the Hate- Machines up to relishing in twisted fun at your expense, a year past and I'm still dealing with all the fear and hostile based head-games that seem to be part of a everyday trend here unlike nothing you've been unfortunate to experience ,you're very likely to be haunted by evil spirits if you dare dwell in this Hell-Hole, for me 'twas impossible to make it home here...

Moving to a new SRO or apartment
I just wanted to let the owners
Know that the Regal place is falling apart
But I'm still waiting
At least I knew afew tenant's in the building
Before moving to the Regal
I am sure that living at the Regal
Will do is open a level wherever rentals
Drop in price from 1000$ to 375$
November 1st too May 26th
7 months passed
I gotta understand that People's choices
Have different kinds of results that the
Persons Places or Things would have helped me gain access to Homes
Stores Facilities after it ends when
It's finally over at the Regal Hotel
Relocation Company Costs
I will be doing alot more daily activities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ few good old friends who's living there could make an amazing difference in visiting in one's opinion of even worse SRO since an old Granville hotel,or even Regent!!!
in short it's not a kind of place one can call a home but sometimes it is much better than being homeless...
These places are the last refuge
to a few desperate people and hopefully soon we'll get rescued out of this horrible places and given decent dwellings for the years of neglect and abuse...
Guess a girl can dream?
