About The Real Escape Canada
Is this activity good for kids?
Kids are allowed and encouraged! We have created a beginner version of some of our rooms: The Pyramid, Abandoned Station, The Ruins, Los Angeles 1947, The Castle and Oz. These themes are not scary and are age appropriate. These beginner versions would be appropriate for kids 9 and up and are great for birthday parties, sports teams, school trips and family outings. Please select “beginner version” when booking or give us a call. Kids 6 and older are $25 per person including taxes and kids 5 and under are free with the minimum number of paid admissions for the room.
Kids can attend our other escape rooms, however, the clues and puzzles are more advanced and will be very challenging for children under 12. We are happy to provide extra clues to groups of kids to ensure they still have a fun experience despite puzzle difficulty. Please note, “Please note, The Mine and London 1888 are scary and kids under the age of 16 do require a parent or guardian in the room with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Real Escape is a real good time! The escape rooms here are far more enticing - focusing on the mood, style and theme of the room's genre as a highlight. This really helps the participants to "get into it" compared to the seemingly unrelated puzzles of some other escape rooms. Real Escape also has a bit more of a professional feel compared to the competition, leaving you feeling like you had a quality experience.

Instructions are clear about which are in play and which are not. Staff are fun and accommodating. Love the songs that they play in game. People should try out every single room if possible.

I’ve tried several others across town as well as in Toronto/Ottawa and have to say it is the best escape room I’ve been to so far.
