What keeps us coming back?...The friendly and attentive staff and also the consistency of preparation of the dishes. You can always count on Steve and his staff preparing your meals with a touch of Greek flavor and you can trust that it will always be consistently great. Today was no exception when 6 of us attended for breakfast and we had the Greek omelette, BLT and of course the Winnipeger. We highly recommend Steve's Bistro as your destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Steve’s Bistro a number of times over the years and it’s a decent place. The food is generally pretty good. And Steve, the owner, is super friendly and will stop by your table to check in on you and strike up a conversation. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a comfortable feel. However, I find that the food can be inconsistent – i.e., the beef dip can sometimes be amazing and other times just average. But when the food is good, it's quite good. I just wish it was consistently so. On the past few visits I’ve ordered soft drinks and it’s always tasted a bit off. I’ve kindly asked them for a new soft drink on such occasions, and they fiddled with the soft drink dispenser behind the bar and improved it. But, after several requests like this over several visits, I have just stopped ordering soft drinks. Their desserts are pretty good so this is a decent place to stop in for coffee and dessert. I’ve never ordered breakfast here but the menu for it looks really good.
