S	Sara A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken my daughter to the baby picasso class in Burlington. Its absolutely amazing. The staff is really friendly. Every week my daughter gets to experience something new. I'm definitely going to keep signing her up for classes.

First I saw one woman who was totally uncaring and constantly avoided answering any questions when it came to giving advice. Also, instead of actually being able to help, she had the "suck it up" attitude. She ended up going on maternity leave, so I ended up having to meet with an intern from the University of Guelph. This was a horrible experience seeing as I wanted to see someone who could give advice rather than just writing down anything I say. After I saw that intern I never went back and will never go back.
M	M Underwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the 1 star review which IMO is unfair and inaccurate, my experience of The Rock has been relatively good for the most part. First off, you never get advise the minute you walk in. You do have to explain your child's issues as well as your experiences with your child. After the initial session, the social worker takes those notes and present them to their team. It is after that, do they give you advise or provide additional services for your child. This is NOT a fast process and does require patience. I will agree on one point in the 1 star comment, they do have a few staff members who were incredibly arrogant when we met them and it was not a pleasure dealing with them, hence my 3 star rating.

She caused more harm than good because if she had done her job. Situation would have gotten better not worst. Let's put it like this! She choose the wrong profession. This is why teen and their parents hesitate to seek help,, because people who are suppose to be empathic are cold and uncaring.

He easily manipulated them and they bought it without any reservations. Don't bring your children here. They will make it worse, not better. I truly feel bad for the families that come here.

We have been working closely with them for over a year and their support and advice during the most critical of times in our family had been a family life saver. I cannot stop recommending these people for any family struggling to support neuro-divergence kids. They have been there with us when we really need support.

We have a child who is twice exceptional and we're having immense difficulties as a family. ROCK connected us with a peer support worker and a case coordinator who have been supporting us wonderfully throughout the pandemic with weekly meetings via Zoom, referrals to external services and constant, unfailing validation and support. One issue I have is that services take a long time to access, but that is a function of them being government funded, so I'll take the wait when I can. This is a review of the services my family accessed, not of the walk-in centre.
