I would use Quest for Cakes again and again. Their help with all of it made planning so easy. Thank you for your wonderful work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason am giving a 1 star review is CUSTOMER service! I ordered a LOL Surprise cake from here and the cake turned out pretty good but what is making me NOT come back is the lack of customer service. Every time I called it was pure attitude! I felt like I couldn’t call or even ask questions because of the attitude I got. And from the one star reviews I can see this place has an attitude problem. Was planning on ordering from here for my oldest daughter birthday but I’ll be going somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bakery not only made my son's baptism cake exactly how I asked but they were able to provide individually packaged cupcakes for my family members to take to the rest of our family that were unable to attend due to covid restrictions. This was so helpful and I didn't worry about them having a mess of cupcakes that I would have had to put in tupperware for them to take.
The cake and cupcakes were affordable and tasted good, not dry or overly sweet.
The only thing I found difficult was not being able to fully correspond through email - I found everytime I had time to call to confirm the order details it was past 3pm, the times (hours of operation) to call were a bit hard for me personally but other than that, great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years I continue to order all our family birthday and special events cakes here. Recently celebrating my mother's 80th birthday and purchased additional desserts. Everything in the photo. Everything was tasty, and wonderful. Our guests were loving everything especially the cupcakes and pies. The custom cake was light not too sweet. Perfect. A Peanut/ Nut Free facility making it easy when planning for large group, family events for those with allergies. Thank you for consistently providing great service and quality baked goods.
