I just had surgery a few days ago, so bending kinda hurts. Without question, one of the merchandising guys, got me the salt I needed off the bottom shelf, followed by "do you need anymore help", and the sweetheart cashier that was more than patient with me putting up my groceries slower than you're typical person, and offering to help bag my things! I just wanted to say, thank you, and it was nice to see such willingness to help others ?

Where else you going to go close by/in Orangeville and shop through selection of stuff these guys carry... pricing is also fair.
L	Laurie Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately a Terrible experience today. Please, do NOT place a Flashfood order at this store until they fix their broken system. Complete free for. All with NO control on who is collecting which orders. Two of my boxes went missing, with little to NO concern by the staff. When I asked what can be done - the response was "nothing". No effort at all to help appease the situation. People can simply walk up to the fridge and take whichever boxes they choose. No accountability. Per the store staff - it happens all the time ??!! Wow is all I can say. I order from other stores and never an issue. The one time I had an issue where they couldn't.locate.my box, without question the item were picked and packed for me to ensure I received the order I paid for. Not the case with this store. No concern over my order essentially being stolen right out of their store. Extremely disappointing. Please be careful !
