About The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar

It’s been said, “Those who eat well, live well.”

That means having your fill of good food and fine wine. It means skipping the drive-thru and sitting down for dinner and conversation with your favourite people. It means living the Italian way, taking as much time as you want to sit back and enjoy a great meal. Take your time and look over the menu. Choose one of our unique dishes, like a signature or custom-made pizza, and pair it with a glass of wine. Eat slowly. Savour the time spent with family. And finish off the meal with something dolce from our dessert menu. The Parlour is where modern meets tradition, where Italian dining meets Century Hospitality. It’s a restaurant. It’s a lounge. It’s the place to meet family and friends. It’s the perfect marriage between beauty and taste.

That’s what The Parlour is all about.

First off, I wanted to say that our server, Jen was fabulous! She made our visit feel very wholesome and enjoyable. However, I cannot say the same about the food or the portion sizes. We were a party of 8. Last minute, two people did not show up. However, the amount of food that we got was just enough for the six that showed up. There were no left-overs. We had one bowl of spaghetti for six people, and it only had three meatballs. The fettuccine Alfredo was bland. It seems to be missing salt. Further, the salad, peach salad, just did not taste good. The pizza itself - the only pizza was the Marguerite pizza. All the other pizzas were way too greasy. At one point, there was oil dripping off the top of the pizza slice. In conclusion, the vibes are really nice, and Jen was wonderful. But if you are looking to get a legit good and tasty meal, this is not the place to go.

Amazing atmosphere, service and food. Had a party of 12 for a birthday and we had a private room to ourselves. This was a nice touch as we were all able to dine and chat comfortably without the background noise of other patrons in the main seating area. Our server was great, she took great care of everyone and had food and drinks ordered up and brought in quickly. Food was amazing, we were able to share a few antipasto boards, Arancini (risotto balls) and calamari to start. Had a huge short rib entree that was delicious. Kids had a pineapple pizza that was very tasty as leftovers for me. Dessert was a bit of a letdown for me, I had an Affogato (gelato and espresso) which was delicious but gone in one spoonful. Not a $7 portion IMO. Should have ordered the gelato seperate and gotten 4 scoops @$8 and an espresso on the side. Otherwise this was a memorable experience and plan to come back often.

Been going here for years it’s the pizzas that always bring me back! But only tried the pizzas and appies and I unfortunately cannot find a love for any of their appies compared to the same dishes at other places. The prosciutto pizza is my all time favourite and has the perfect balance of roasty but fresh flavours/textures. Besides this the blueberry is also very good(a well balanced mix of sweet and umami flavours) and so was the verdure but they took it off the menu a while ago :( overall I think their pizzas are cooked well/professionally and their dough recipe is good(light, chewy, and crisp crust!). But the rest of the pizzas are kind of average; the truffle is kind of just salty and oily in my opinion and the mushroom and cheese pizza was waaay too oily. Small stuff like this bring the quality of the these pizzas down. But my favourites are always delicious! Also a great deal on Thursday nights after 7, $10 zaaaas

The Parlour was great! Stopped on by for a quick snack but was greatly impressed with the food and drinks! The Dragon’s Breath was a great cocktail, very pricey… But extremely worth it! And the New Yorker was a great pizza! Shout out to Tyler M for being an awesome server!

We took our friend to The Parlour for her birthday and none of us have ever been to this restaurant before. OMG!!! What a great surprise! It was fantastic! We reserved for 5pm and it wasn't busy yet. It started getting busy after 6pm, so reserve if you want to go after 6pm. We started off with drinks and appies. Calamari, Cauliflower Fritto and Parlour Bruschetta. All made to perfection and so delicious! Our main courses we ordered were 20 Layer Lasagna and Fettuccine Pasta. Wow! The 20 layer lasagna was delicious and filling with all that layer of sangiovese braised short rib, spinach, house-made ricotta, parmigiano, crushed tomatoes, basil, bechamel, rich tomato sauce, and layers of mozzarella cheese. Mic drop!! The Fettuccine was a classic alfredo, confit garlic, mascarpone, shaved pecorino, cream, herb oil. Need I say more? No! It was dam lick your plate deliciousness! We weren't sure about desert as we were all stuffed so we ordered a dessert to share. We ordered the Italian Peaches and Cream....it was heaven! Peach and honey custard, roasted peaches and cookie crumble. We are definitely going back to taste the pizza because as we were leaving every table we passed had pizza and it looked to gooooood!!! Don't waste anymore time and make a reservation NOW!!

Our server was amazing. We really enjoyed his energy and willingness to help. Food was very average. Overall I don't recommend. We ordered: Blood Orange Margherita Raspberry Mojito (zero) - the glass was filled with ice and had a drop of raspberry puree (couldn't taste it at all). The server got me a new one with way more puree and only a little ice. The drink should be like this all the time. Minestrone - delicious! Calamari - meh. Could have been crisper. Peach pizza - no flavor. Somehow even the Peaches hardly tasted like peach, like they weren't ripe yet. The cheese was bland and super chewy. The only good part was the pesto dip we ordered on the side. That was incredible. Honestly I would even give it 2/5 stars but the server was awesome.

The blood orange margarita drink was great, loved it. I also liked the peach pizza (can't remember what it was called) 3 stars not because the place or food isn't bad just nothing to over the top. Just keeping it real. Would I go back absolutely.
