★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very dated theater for the posh and expensive Vancouver. It was already old 20 yrs ago and had not been renovated ever since. It runs good events for VSO and other world class performers, but interior and exterior are screaming for repairs and major renovation. Parking is always a problem around and with new COVID policies entering lines are a block long. Good events are happening there and tickets can me more expensive than MetOpera or Covent Garden, but all in all, very pitiful old theater inside out
