★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of what you order, and don't pay nothing unless absolutely sure. Once they have your money they don't know you. I put a deposit while I decided on the pair while in the store and they would not give me my money back because I gave more than what the total cost of my glasses came to at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I wanted to look for something to buy, but a lady kept rushing me out. One lady said not to use the glasses spray because it damages the lenses. The lady did not state what to use otherwise to clean the lenses.
Terrible service and forced me to pay something. Just as a note: The place does not allow refunds. The representative should state that as I only paid a deposit to my glasses and did not even pay it fully so it was still in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of frames and sunglasses. Friendly staff. They can special order styles that they don't carry in store. Used to give more discounts in the past even though we've been going to them for years. Essentially what you see online for pricing is their price taxes included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a non prescription contact lenses yesterday. Opened it today, realized that they SOLD me EXPIRED PRODUCT. It was expired a month ago NOVEMBER 2021.
They are selling customers expired products. I lived far from pacific mall and it’s been years that I came to visit and this happened.?
I am very disappointed that they don’t check their products before selling it to customers. IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONVENIENT.
… sigh ? this sucks.
I guess I have to wait till I go back to pacific mall. ?♀️ SMH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience purchasing my glasses from Elaine. This is the only authorized Chanel dealer at pacific mall. Specs and Sun no longer sells Chanel so I started coming here. Chanel is expensive but has designs that flatter my face shape so I am happy to pay the extra money for the design.
It is unfortunate other customers here had a bad experience with their contacts, but if you want to buy Chanel in the Markham area this is a good place. Fast and smooth transaction for me.
