I really wish I could give a negative star. The worst receptionists ever, very rude and inconsiderate. Can never get an appointment with my doctor as he is so so busy.

Was a patient here for 3 yrs, I don't care the bad customer service. However, recently found out my family Dr. left and turns out both here and Dr.' new clinic don't accept me anymore. Oh great, I have to hunting for a new family doctor while I need medical service immediately.

Had an appointment booked yet still waited 1.5 hours. Faster with a walk in clinic. Avoid this place

I'd give zero stars if I could for a family physician who tells a senior the type of nonsense my mom tells me. I.e. What physician tells a senior you're only allowed to bring 1 question at a time and to book another appointment if you have another question. Money grab! I have so many other examples and can go on and on. This is Extremely disappointing and frustrating to hear, I should report you to CPSO!

Please read and avoid coming to this clinic. Me and my family was patients in his clinic since 2007, we are well experienced with their worst time management. I dont understand whats the point of making appointments at this place, since they never follow it. My appointment time was 11PM and Dr. Grace T was finally able to meet me at 7PM. They were telling me oh doctor would be with you at 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. By asking me to wait there for the whole day and do nothing, I can tell that my time is totally not value-able to them. They don't care about your privacy as well. The receptionist called people in too early that the previous patient is still in the doctor's room. Every time people stands outside of the door and eardrops the conversation when i was talking to the doctor about my issue. I closed the door and continue the conversation but the doctor doesn't care about my privacy and opened the door, even i have spoken to the doctor about the issue. Worst clinic ever, come if your time is not valueable and you have no life.

To Dr. Vincent Kwong: Never have I met a doctor that absolutely have no interest in your well being. Not once have I had a family doctor where I had to argue with them every single phone call, with your opinions shut down. I was assigned this doctor since Dr. Ho retired. Dr. Ho in comparison was what a doctor should be and a medical professional. I have a history of Herpes facial outbreak, and I went to my local walk-in clinic to seek help since it was extremely painful and I was able to get same day service and antiviral medication. I was told by this so called Doctor that I should follow up with the walk-in over and over again, even when I told him I just got prescription refill since they have my record, and it's through online with the doctors changing every time (Used MCI Connect). I told him my local physical walk-in they did a swap test a few years back to verify it's herpes, and he continuously said "Okay if you say it is." I then requested whether I can get a blood test or blood allergy test since I have a history of eczema/skin rashes as well, only to be told "They're completely useless, and does nothing." When asked how he was going to help me then, he simply requested a photo of the herpes outbreak, and wants to take a look before authorizing a blood test, constantly stating it's, and i quote, "unethical/unprofessional." I simply can't understand how looking at a photo will resolve my issues, when I told him it's two separate things and I want to do a blood test to see if there's any underlying issue or if I'm allergic to something that causes my eczema/poor skin. Again I was told blood allergy tests are useless. I then asked him "Okay what if I want to do an annual checkup with a blood test." He responds with "I'm not going to authorize it, it's unethical and I cannot do it." Something as simple as a blood test, which my retired doctor was very keen to do when I told him of my issues, and when results showed certain values were a bit high (ALT), he made sure to follow up and monitor the situation. This supposed family doctor simply told me to go back to the walk-in, won't do a blood test, and just wants to look at a photo of the issue. In the end he straight up told me to switch family doctors, which put the nail in the coffin. I normally don't write reviews as I normally see these things as a one off, and I'm an easy going person, but this is just on a different level of unprofessionalism and poor service. Please avoid this doctor at all costs, who has no care for your wellness. Your time is much better spent looking for a better doctor, rather than constant arguments that leave you more frustrated with your issues than ever. Overall Pacific Medical is a great place and never had an issue with them, but they unfortunately have this doctor working there which I can assure you contributes to the place's poor rating.

My family and I have been going here for 10 years. Super long wait time even though we have booked an appointment. The front desk is very impatient and unfriendly. If we booked an appointment for 10am, we would be seeing the doctor around 1pm. But this is not all. My mom had scheduled an annual checkup appointment. However, she caught covid and was very sick so she was not able to attend her appointment. After she has recovered, she had to see the doctor for her other conditions. Because she missed the appointment, the doctor was very rude and refused to see her unless she pays him $50 for the missed appointment. I do understand clinics can charge fees for missed appointments. But itโ€™s their attitude and customer service that makes the whole patient care process horrendous. We plan to switch family doctors this year ? (also a heads up, they charge $50 for each TB test and $40 just for the doctor to stamp his info on your documentations, very overpriced compared to other clinics).
