โ โ โ โ โ They were quickly to sell and promised warranty for 90 says, but when came to get a frame replaced because it broke. They were quickly to refused to replace,stating that they do no have warranty for their frames.
The bill didn't say anything about that. Don't recomemd as they don't do busines in good faith. Pay alittle more and avoid the inconvenient.

โ โ โ โ โ i am deeply disappointed in their customer service. They are untrustworthy people who will trick you into wasting your money. Empire optical is also owned by the same owner and they have the worst customer service ever. However in one location, Eric the manager, is quite nice and I don't blame him. In another location, the staff are very arrogant and impatient. If i could give this store 0 stars i would.

โ โ โ โ โ I have bought two pairs of glasses from here. One was Michael Kors. I shouldn't have listened to the guy who told me that style looked good, because they make me look too nerdy and not cool. But the glasses are modern Michael Kors design, well made, and well priced. I have a very high prescription, Transition lenses, and got custom nose pads, and everything was well made, and way cheaper than stores elsewhere.
The second pair I got, I get a lot of compliments on. Several people told me they are gorgeous and stare at them, not me. These are Jimmy Choo frames, with high index lenses, and Transition, and all for $500. You tell me where else you will get Jimmy Choo frames all done with high prescription for that price??? I went to many places to get quotes, and minimum quote at other shops was $900 for something comparable. Honestly, I think my glasses were ready in 3 days from order time. It was unbelievable. I'm not saying this will happen every time, but it was unbelievably fast.
And the stick on nose pads. Other stores sell them for more, even within pacific Mall. I asked them for a 10 pack and they beat the other store's price easily. I don't know why other people here are unhappy with this store, but I think they are doing a good job. And they are busy for a good reason!

โ โ โ โ โ everything is very overpriced and poor quality. Including their customer service, the staff treat their customers horribly and don't know how to control their attitude. I understand if you've had a bad day however, i am going for the 4th time to fix a problem with my glasses, and i find them quite snobby. The first time was to look at glasses, i found a pair i liked and wasn't too pricey. The next day i got a phone call from them saying i had to pay an extra 50 dollars, considering i originally paid a mere 230, i declined and decided to move to another shop. I ended up at empire optical and found out it was owned by the same person. The staff will gossip about you in a different language which i find quite disrespectful, especially because i speak that language. I highly recommend you to skip this shop as there are many fish (optical stores) in the sea (mall). I highly agree negative stars should be an option.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been here recently April 2021, and they have made adjustments due to Covid. The staff are friendly and I am a return customer. Purchased glasses for myself and my wife in 2019 as well.
Pricing seems reasonable and they have a good selection of glasses. We also visit for tune ups every so often and the staff help us out.
Would recommend them to friends and family.
