The couple owners always made sure the glasses fit me well and expectations met. They even kindly mailed my order to U.S. at their own cost when I did not manage to get it in time while in town. Recently I was grateful that they recommended and demonstrated to me how the new "blue" glass material effectively blocks the harmful blue lights for heavy digital workers like me. I not only made 2 pairs out of it, but plan to make one for my daughter. Their prices are also quite competitive - one thing that allures me back to them.

She took them without hesitation and said they will send them out for repair at no cost to us. Called us back within the week to pick up couldn't ask for any better service.

My partner and I went in so she could get glasses and she wanted to try a pair. We inquired with the gentleman if we could look at a pair and he quipped: “ these are very expensive” and did not proceed to get them for her to try on. They were $428. Surely, I have purchased glasses that were significantly more than that in my lifetime. The lady was equally as rude. I never give a terrible review however this was THE MOST HORRENDOUS experience I have had EVER!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. Don’t even bother. In the line of customer service, there is no room for this AT ALL! We proceeded to go into Eye.com instead and they were fantastic. Give them a visit instead!
E	Elizabeth Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service!! I had a credit note from a few years ago and at the time of obtaining it, I was told I could use it for anything in the store. I went in today to pick up contact lenses and everything was fine until I pulled out the credit note. As soon as I pulled it out, the salesperson said "Oh! credit notes are only good for glasses, but not for contact lenses...sorry". Never going back. I will gladly use the credit note to buy a random pair of glasses to donate to someone (although I'm sure when I try to use it for glasses, they will tell me I can only use it for contact lenses...).
