C	Ciana Joy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the building for the security reasons. But I hate it at the same time as there is a gym on the main floor and I can hear them dropping their weights and I'm all the way up on the 8 th floor. Very annoying!!! Feels like they are directly under me.
G	Garrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They WILL waste your time if you try renting with them. They just give out the place you just viewed right before you can even put anything down or in the middle of the paperwork. Then let you view another place weeks later which can also already be taken.

Regardless of complaints, they do nothing about the gym on the main floor and its inhumane noises you can hear in your suite. They will lie to you and tell you the gym stops at 5PM when discussing the lease. The property manager is on site from 9-2PM which is perfectly inconvenient and by design as most people work during that time.
D	Derek Diener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you live high up, the noise from the idiots who don't know how to put weights down properly will make you want to jump off your balcony. Between 5:30 AM or so until at least 7 PM you'll hear them working out (and feel the vibrations up through the whole building) I honestly love the location, and underground parking. However things seem to happen here that go unexplained. (Bomb squad, biohazard vehicles, broken front glass door) Also to add, every 3-4 minutes in the shower it turns from whatever temperature you had it to molten lava for a good 10 seconds. At least it'll keep you on your toes?
t	thooper0 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years and years I have had leases that go to month to month after the lease expires. These people sneak a sentence in the lease that makes you renew or get out. Even after I was aware of that I still had to read the lease three times before I found it. Very sleazy way of doing business. It's unusual to have to renew and an honest person would point that out. Just trying to trap you for another year. I will be prepared for next year.
s	sue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places I ever had the misfortune of living at. The noise from the gym every morning at 5:30 a.m. will disturb you EVERY SINGLE DAY! The management will assure you that the matter is being handled but it will never be done because the gym pays them big bucks in rent and they don't want to get rid of this tenant (even though the gym could install things like proper mats and carpets so as to absorb the noise and vibration from the weights). No matter which floor you are at, if you are living on the side where the gym is on, you will be left with constant headaches throughout the day and curse the day you decided to move into this god-awful place with the most non-responsive management I have ever experienced. Despite the excellent location, AVOID!
J	Joo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 and the gym is still as inhumane as ever with NO ACTION or interest in property management to rectify the issue. DO NOT RENT HERE. RENT A BASEMENT SUITE IF YOU HAVE TO. ANYWHERE BUT THIS BUILDING.
