The manager is racist plain and simple. I felt unwelcomed the first time i met her, she was looking for a reason to kick me out. was kicked out because i left at 3am to get ciggerettes and for lending my friend my key so he could start the bbq for me after work. managment is an absolute joke, never in my life have i been treated with such malice behavior. Marilyn is absolutly horrible.

One bedroom facing south, the view is amazing! Outside of building is immaculate, flowers, grass, clean building, friendly people. We have a lovely lady manager that does a super job with building and tenents.

I’ve only lived here barely 3 months. It’s a beautiful quiet place to live. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and the older ladies always up for a warm chat with lots of smiles anytime I bump into them. Can I take a moment to appreciate Marlene... the property manager. She is an absolute gem. She listens to you and attends to your needs in the quickest time. Her attitude to her work definitely keeps me at ease. I hope my experience stays same. I’ll be back after a year for an updated review. EDIT: August 2020. So im back and its still thesame. Marlene is retired and gone and we miss her but the new lady is OK. The building is still very lovingly cared for. The hallways had a lick of paint recently and during the summer months our hallways air-conditioning is turned on so the apartments don't get overly hot so you step out of your apartment into this very nice chill on a hot day as you make your way to the elevator plus the residents are still pleasant and I have never heard of any weird incidents like I hear from other places. Recently our chute broke down and its taken forever to fix but the good news is its under construction that we can see ongoing so we have to go all the way down to empty our bins only for now. In all, its a great place to live. Everyone is respectful and there's every age in the building and a fine mix of different people from all walks of life. Its a warm community with lots of mutual respect, love and care.

Written at the request of my grandparents who love the building: Nice Building, great location. We are quite happy with our apartment, and have lived here 3 years. Quiet and well maintained building. The building manager Marlene is attentive and responsive, and is very on top of ensuring maintenance is kept up.
