M	Mohsen Shabankareh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my subjective feeling about Luke, I bet he's helped many people through hypnosis. The reason for this rating is based on my experience during my 30 minute free session and here is why. Right off the bat, I was asked: How I knew hypnosis? and my answer was: "I had seen hypnosis shows!" and the response from Luke was: "Well, we don't have an audience to entertain here. You're not here to entertain me and I'm not here to entertain you" (with a negative tone (again, my subjective feeling)). I understand clinical hypnosis is different from stage shows obviously, and maybe Luke did not appreciate my answer. Whatever it was, I had this negative feeling throughout the session which is, needless to say, the opposite of what you'd expect from a visit to a hypnosis clinic.

The staff are friendly and professional. The assessment involved a discussion of goals and information about the process. Luke did some assessment to determine if I was able to be open to hypnosis. I booked a first session.

He has helped me work on several different personal changes that I wanted to make with great effectiveness. He is great at communicating with both your conscious and subconscious mind in ways that have helped me make real lasting changes in my life including changing eating habits and exercising consistently. I am very grateful for Luke and highly reccomend him if you are looking to make real, lasting changes in your own life.

After contacting their office, I was told I had to fill out the action plan. In action plan I explained my symptoms and reasons of seeking their help. Within couple of hours I received a very long and descriptive email from Luke, explaining what could help me more and where I should start from. Even though Hypnosis was not the best and ideal form of treatment, but Luke took his time to explain as why and what can help me in the long run. I thank him for his honesty and being an absolute amazing human. Even though I didn't get to use Hypnosis treatment, but I had to write this review, to show my gratitude and appreciation for him to take his time and writing me a very detail email. If anyone debating to use his services, they should not look any further, his honesty was proven to someone that he didn't even meet yet he helped out tremendously. Thank you Luke.

I had tried a few methods in the past to quit (cold turkey, Nicorette, patch to name a few) but never had any success. I had a consultation with Luke and was pleased with what he had to say. He was clear & transparent with me, and provided me with ample opportunity to ask any questions I had. I had my final session approximately 10 days ago and haven't had a cigarette since, with no cravings or physical withdrawals. After 10 years of smoking I am confident that I have had my last cigarette. Thanks Morpheus!! Update: Approaching 4 years of being cigarette free, thanks to Morpheus. I will add that you have to want to quit for any method to be effective. Being in the right mental space is crucial. Good luck!

He takes a down-to-earth, honest approach to hypnotherapy, and made it very clear that our goal was to help me become self-reliant as fast as possible. After a few sessions, I carried a much more positive and compassionate attitude towards myself. This newfound positivity has led to a solid improvement in my physical symptoms as well. If you’re considering hypnotherapy, I would definitely recommend giving Morpheus a try.

Many years ago smoking cessation worked for me in another province, but the sessions were rather generalized. Luke was my most recent experience and his approach was so far forward from anything I had experienced that I signed on for his package after the first session. Luke spends critical time in advance coming to an understanding not only of your goals, but the details of your personal obstacles that might get in your way that he can help you with. He then constructs an approach and before your first session discusses it with you. At each following session, he further focuses his approach by discussing what elements of the previous session were well targeted and what might be dropped, added or modified, even taking into account advances you may have made, and considering your suggestions for where he might focus. The result was each session becoming more and more relevant to your current state of mind and with the best tools to help you. I am a believer in hypnotherapy - it only works if you embrace it - and I cannot imagine a more thorough and professional approach than Luke uses. He is the gold standard.
