โ โ โ โ โ Very sketchy when it comes to visitors parking and parking security in general. Misinformed concierge directed me to park outside the building overnight ( said it was allowed ), got a $30 ticket which is totally on Memphis.
Also they let third party parking agents into their private parking to inspect and ticket parked cars after midnight which I find is a huge concern for security. I also dont know how legal this is.
Again, I got my first parking ticket because of official misinformation from the building security who said he was just doing what he was told.. Ridiculous...

โ โ โ โ โ Security guard requested us to move, we did and she still had the city send a ticket. Called to get her security guard license number and was hung up on by the front desk who was rude and antagonistic with me.

โ โ โ โ โ Why not put up a sign alerting drivers that no matter how slow you go, the uneven driveway/sidewalk situation you have going on in front of your lobby entrance has and probably always will be a vehicle undercarriage destroyer? Following my unfortunate experience here and before writing this review, I watched another 3 vehicles scrape badly despite the fact they were carefully moving at tortoise speeds. Either fix this place or put up a sign telling people to avoid it. The spot I'm referring to can be seen at the following coordinates using street view: 43.67464350013448, -79.38982964251113
