★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lash extensions done, and as a middle-aged professional, was very concerned about the lashes being too dark and too heavy, but I am extremely pleased with how natural they look (I did what they call a ‘classic set’, 9 and 10 mm). I am paler than I was when I was young and have freckles, so heavy black lashes look ridiculous, and so many places don’t account for differences in age and skin tone, but they took me seriously when I showed them pictures, and Jenny (the technician) did them perfectly. I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got my lashes done here however, I had booked a session a day before and I got there to find the place closed with no explanations or anything not even a call. So I call to complain the next day and the Manager later gave me a call back offering a 20% discount for the inconvenience which was a fair deal. I got my lashes done and I liked it but the attitude of technician was not good enough, she spent a good amount of time chatting with a co-worker and laughing while fixing my lashes. Additionally, she asked me to hold the fan to get the glue dry while she sat and did nothing. Attitude is a little thing that makes a huge difference.
