Guy told me: to paraphrase he likes to bring the really pricey ones down to a level where everyone at everyb income level has the same opportunity to try quality stuff/variety..... Which was amazing philosophy you hear from you dispensary I've been to many different ones and they beat price every time. Do they are my most recommended place *They have new stock every Thursday/ they change their sales up every Thursday

Rob is awesome and super nice and so are all of his employees who work there always make my experience a good one. I always walk out happier than I came in until recently. This girl who works there dark hair, two stud nose piercings on one side. She is incredibly rude every single time I go in I dread going now because I’m going to go when she’s working. She doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, and is incredibly rude and short, if you ask for a different item or a recommendation she will huff and roll her eyes and walk away half speaking to you. Always on her phone. I have never had bad experiences at this place until I started to come in and she was working. Any. other. person. Working is always amazing, over the top, always recommends strains that the customer would like based on what you tell him/her that you like and always will chat and give me my receipt when I ask for it and tell me my total. Today she didn’t even tell us our total and when we asked she rolled her eyes yet again and wouldn’t even let us ask for our receipt because we didn’t even know how much anything was because she won’t tell us or she’ll just cut you off and say “we don’t have anything”. Really really terrible customer service and just in general VERY rude and even people in line noticed. This employee drives people away from this establishment. This I is my favourite place in Nepean my go to, but now I dread going because she’s always working and I miss the good service.
