She always goes way above and beyond with any service I have received and literally will always be honest with what will give me the best results.. which I always have! I have brought my sister and my mom to her business and they only have good things to say about this business and their services received. Andrea also always always makes your schedule work with hers and has squeezed me in on countless occasions. I have also been lasered by her technicians that she has hired, and I will say she has even trained them with the great expertise she has and I have always felt comfortable receiving my laser from them as well! Andrea and her team are by far the best place for anyone's laser needs and I HIGHLY recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tried laser hair removal in the past with varying results so when I heard about Andrea I decided to give it another try. I'm very happy I did! My excellent results can be attributed not only to the state of the art laser hair removal machines that she uses but also the skill and precision of her and the other technicians. I'm now nearing the end of one treatment area and am planning to get more hair removal done. This is by far some of the best money I have ever spent and it saves so much time.
Andrea and her team are very attentive, professional and results driven. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and ensure you are satisfied with your services. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never tried laser hair removal before I started coming to the Laser Lounge and it was the best thing I did for myself as I've always struggled with thick and stubborn hair. Andrea is awesome, she illustrates excellent customer service, she always tries to work around my schedule (even with a tight schedule herself) and her prices are very reasonable, she made me feel very comfortable considering that Brazilian laser treatment can be very intimate and may not be comfortable to do with just anyone. I grew up with really thick hair and the laser and most importantly Andrea's skills have seemed to work really well on my skin, leaving it almost hairless and extremely smooth. I have done around 4-5 treatments with Andrea and the results have been mind-blowing, looking forward to be completely hair-free! <3

She is good at what she does and told me what to expect with each areas of the body I wanted lasered. She provides impeccable service and I'm glad I'm able to get lasered by her! Thank you!!
