We were pretty clueless, but Colin patiently walked through everything with us, and he has a wealth of knowledge that he is happy to share. He gave us so many pointers and never pressured us to make a decision, he just wanted to make sure that we had considered everything and were happy before we made the call. He was always extremely responsive, always getting back to us right away, and sometimes arranging viewings on very short notice. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and Wolf, who are two of the most delightful people you'll ever meet! We just passed our third year in this house, and please accept my sincere apologies for the lateness of this review.
