★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Aaron and he is very nice and would answer our phone calls. But sometimes he did verbal offers instead of written offers on homes and of course we lost them. I suspect he didn't want to put the time in to make the offer. Also afterwards we researched those houses and they sold lower than what we offered so I'm not sure if that says something about his negotiations tactics or...He would also come to viewings hung over. He would know nothing of the property besides what's on the listing. At the time he did not know anything about school ratings
Edit: I definitely worked with you. I see your billboard every time I drive to lake country

Aaron was very patient with my situation and answered the phone every time I called with questions. Aaron has great market knowledge and negotiating skills to put fair and respectful offers together to keep both parties at the table! My house sold very quickly even though the first offer fell through due to subjects he had a second deal done within days!
