Kevin came recommended to me and I can see exactly why: Kevin was attentive to my wants and was patient as I chose to see different types of homes in different neighbourhoods. Once I found "the one" Kevin was instrumental in the negotiation process. His style was kind and respectful, which resulted in a very satisfactory purchase price.
