About The Knee Clinic
In Alberta, up to 100,000 people injure their knees each year. For many, this experience is painful and debilitating.
An injured knee should have professional care, ideally within 72 hours, but getting this care can be challenging. Public forms of knee care may take months to access. Moreover, despite the common nature of knee injury, family doctors receive relatively little training on the musculo-skeletal system.
The Knee Clinic, Alberta’s only private knee clinic, was created to address this gap in knee expertise and make qualified, specialized care available within days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and cooperative front staff. We (me and my wife) dealt with Dr. Laura and Dr. Jonathan. We were impressed by their exceptional hospitality and professional services rendered but unfortunately my wife’s knee braces never stayed ON even though they were customized to fit. We spent around $5k but got wasted. We had multiple visits to fix the issue but at the end my wife gave up and we never received any call from clinic either to follow up.

It's been 2 years when I had this right Knee Pain. I feel unsteady walking and I once fell over. A month ago Dr. Arif Karmali found out I had knee Osteoarthritis. He started the treatment, exercises, ordered me custom orthotics, referred me to (PT) and ( Naturapath). In a very short time, in just a month. I'm now pain free and walking without the fear of falling again. I'm so happy with the result.
Thank you to this great team. From front desk staff to Dr. Arif Karmali ( Chiro), Dr. Rahim Moledina ( Naturopath), Andy Godoy ( PT). I will continue doing my exercises which is very helpful.
I'm highly recommend them and the Knee Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of increasing knee pain, both knees, I finally decided to try The Knee Clinic. I have been referred and rejected by AHS Knee and Hip clinic without any direction of alternate help. My knee pain is complicated by other health issues. I am seeing Dr J Okrainetz and his input and treatment gave me hope right away. I now have a knee brace for each knee that has made significant improvement in my knee pain. I no longer wake during the night with knee pain. I have also been for physio twice with Andy and really appreciate his approach and one on one treatment time. The exercises he gives are practical to do and not a huge time commitment. I have only seen Dr Moledine once, and although I have seen other naturopaths he was able to add some other directives in to my life. So far I am very happy with my decision to make myself a patient here.

The Dr. was very knowledgeable and talked through every step that we went through during the appointment. Would recommend to anyone who is trying to understand what might be happening in their bodies.

You don't need a referral from your family Doctor and there are no long wait times. I received an appointment 3 days after my call!
I am so thankful that I found this clinic. Everyone is great ... thank you to all of the team for the wonderful treatments I am receiving!
