The service was so terrible. The steak was over cooked when I ordered medium rare steak. The worse was one of our orders was never been delivered at all. Will never go there again!

I signed up my daughter for the birthday voucher on, I believe it was, December 22nd, 2018. I received a confirmation email stating that she had been signed up for the birthday voucher and that as long as the sign up was received before the 1st of the month of the birthday that she would get her birthday voucher sent. Her birthday was January 3rd, 2019. I received a New Year's promotion, but never received anything, in regards to her birthday voucher, so on her birthday I contacted the local Keg restaurant and was given a US number to call. I contacted that number and the phone would ring 4 times and then I would receive a message stating no one was available to answer the phone. So after about an hour or two of this I contacted the local restaurant again. I was then given a phone number for the corporate office in Canada. So I made a long distance call to Canada and was transferred to the Marketing department. I left a message with my contact information and never received a call back. So that night, I went to dinner with my daughter and my sister paid full price for my daughter's dinner. I explained to the manager there what had happened. They didn't discount anything on the bill but the manager said he would send an email to the person in Corporate in charge of birthday vouchers and they would contact me asap. NEVER got contacted ever. I then sent an email to corporate last week complaining that I never got contacted and STILL hadn't received the birthday voucher. Nothing. Nada. Absolutely no response. Some of the worst customer service ever.

Racial Profiled and asked to leave based on how I "look" for being a Chubby Mexican. I have never been so disrespected by an establishment, as I have been by the The Keg Chandler. The hours on the website clearly state open until 11 pm. We arrived at 10:00 pm and were refused to be seated in the dining room. Hostess stated that it was closed at 10:00 pm. I spoke with a "manager" named Drew. Explained to him that he couldn't let me sit in the dining room as we were talking about 30 seconds? He said no and that we could sit in the bar. As we went to place our order they were out of new york strips, mushrooms, and vegetables. After placing our order he came back and asked me to leave the restaurant. I asked why? He stated that he spoke with the general manager Danny and stated because I had issues at that restaurant before, which is clearly never happened. I asked him to tell me my name to assure it was me and he stated he knows it is me based on how I look. I left without dinner and asked for his business card which he did not have one. I then asked for the corporate number for the The Keg which he did not know. Spoke with the general manager Danny today, he confirmed that Drew is not a manager and that there were vegetables and offered me a gift card and told me to not come back. Why come back to other restaurants in a chain that does not want hard working Latino men dining in their establishments Very sad to be treated this way during this day of age when racism is so high. I work hard for a living and don't expect anything for free. All I expect is to get what I pay for, a nice meal, nice service, nice atmosphere, and respect. This was a very sad day for me, but I will be more than happy to spend my well earned money at other fine dining establishments.

I have been to the Keg in Delta/Surrey 3 times now and every time we go there is nothing but issues. Whether it is them bringing you the wrong meal, hair being in your food, them not taking reservations, them making you wait 20 minutes for a table and then they take you in and there is 10+ tables empty and to top it off even not getting to eat your wedding anniversary meal together because one steak was extremely under cooked.. It was pretty much raw but all charred!! However, the problem we had weekend was the last straw. I will not only never got back to this location but any keg.. For the amount you pay for a meal I would expect top notch service! Instead you get ripped off...date night wrecked and my husband and I left upset. We even spoke to the manager and how we were treated by the MANAGER himself cemented the deal.

I have been to The Keg, Willingdon location and have Always experienced Top Quality service! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make each visit special. The manager comes out and greets the customers checking in with them for any requests or needs they may have. The food has always been great and Happy Hour is nicely priced. I have always praised each experience and so have all of my clients that I paddle there with Hansen's Canoeing Adventures. The Experience is complete with all of the Natural Components. The Eagles, The Herons, The Frogs, The Beavers and The Keg...

The red wine my friend chose is a little sour to my taste, flat but still fine. Bread with whipped butter, nothing much. Average prawn cocktails and sauce. I ordered ribs and chicken, chicken was little over cooked, meat is getting rough. Both the seasoning and marinate are just okay, very common flavour. End with billy miner pie, you will love it if you like sweet.

I went with my friend and had drinks and dinner at the bar in Tempe. The food was okay. Bar tender was nice although she never told us her name. Problem was when she left my friend and I the bill. He went to the washroom and I decided I wanted to pay. Bartender takes my card and runs it. Then rips up my receipt and copy and says she forgot to add the wine. By that time my friend got out of the restroom and decided he wanted to pay so they ran his card. I was told the money would be returned to my account..it's been 2 week. I spoke to 3 managers including the General manager Denny and found him to be extremely rude. I don't even care about the $100+ they can keep it, they obviously need it more than I do.

I had a great time at the Keg. I have been to many before and this was the first that I entered that didn't come with an overly tense atmosphere. The hostesses were professional but relaxed and the servers we friendly and on the ball. We were seated beside a large party in the general dining area and promptly brought out our drinks. I had an Old Fashioned which was made very well! Our server, Fraser conformed quickly to the personality of our table and brought us drinks between cheery recommendations and cracked a few jokes that lightened the whole mood. I was very impressed with his awareness and attentiveness to our needs. He noticed a few times when we were short on bread, drinks, food and promptly came over to top us off. You can tell that all of the staff are friends as there is efficient communication between all departments of the restaurant. My sole complaint is that I ordered a baseball sirloin and they tried to pull a fast one on me and brought me out a regular sirloin, trying to pass it off as a baseball. I eat a reasonable amount of steak, so this didn't go unnoticed. What I was served was cooked blue rare just the way I like it. Will be coming back - but you better have my Baseball steaks ready to go!
