I'd give them a negative star if I could. I've never used internet this bad, I'm not exaggerating. Just stay far far away. I had 75mb and most of the time i get less than 7mb. I've tried to speedtest during various times of the day. Most of the time, I get less than 5mb results, sometimes even less than 1mb, and there are also times, I couldnt even run the speedtest due to the internet being so slow. I've called them a dozen of times, and I've only learned the fact that most of their customer service representatives acts nice and acts like they wanna help you but in reality they cannot help you because their internet connection is just very bad and unstable in general, there's no way they could fix that, all they could do was telling me to restart router and blaming the fact that I have 3 ppl in my household and 75mb is not enough, asking us to upgrade to 300mb. But we used to use Telus 150, and never had any problems with them. Not to mention even when I disconnected all the devices and connect only one, it does not fix the problem, it'd still give me less than 5mb. I constantly disconnect from the internet and even have trouble loading pictures on websites. It's just insane how bad the internet is, just stay as far away as you can!!!!!

I cancelled the Internet services in June 2021 and return the wireless router (as this is the only device I can see to unplug.). Before returning, I even call CIK to ask for instructions how to return the device. I was instructed to drop the device back to the Richmond BC office and when I returned it, no one is checking anything and just asked me to drop the device on the ground. In August, I received a charge for $50 indicate for device purchase. I made a phone call and was told a modem also needs to return. I was shocked because there was no instructions about that. We sold the place and no way to go back to the old home to look for the so call "modem". It is a very bad customer experience because if CIK give specific instructions, I will look for the device (which I had no clue where to look for it). Be very careful when ordering service from this company because they have no support in local area.

I switched my DSL internet plan to Fibre internet and I notice the difference in streaming and gaming. Everything is less laggy. Recommended!

0 star Iโ€™m a new customer who signed up and the sales agent (David) and senior agent(Valley) made the order very complicated ; I donโ€™t know if these names are real. I paid the start up fee through Payee (bill payment) and provided my reference number in the email Other third parties process your order when you give your ref number and hold the modem until payment is clear then they will ship the equipment. Thereโ€™s also language barrier going on with them too. Theyโ€™ve not processed my order yet however in the first call they mentioned that as soon as you pay your bill online/credit card weโ€™ll process your order. Iโ€™m not happy from the beginning of the process and customer service. How come a senior agent doesnโ€™t have company email to communicate with customer?! When I asked their email to send the screenshot of payment, he said I donโ€™t have email!!!! Poor customer service!

Internet speed is always law and I have to call them every day so they can fix the speed problem. ( Waiting time is 25-20 minutes ) I have a phone line as well with this company and only sometimes it's working! Worst experience!

Awful company. Auto dialed me multiple times with conflicting information leading up to installation date. Uses Shaw for their service appointments. Emailed me my password in plain text. Typos and grammatical error everywhere. Stay away.

This is the worst internet provider I have ever used. I would give them 0 stars or even negative if I could. I have the 75/7.5 Mbps plan but its more like 5/0 Mbps plan. I can't even attend my online classes becuase I keep getting disconnected every 5 minute and then it takes 10 minutes to reconnect. For anyone considering this provider, do no use their services, as not using their services will save you several headaches and hours of time.
