There are always unexpected charges and their support is also racist… I was trying to figure out why is my cost so high then their support told me “They do not negotiate because they are not Chinese.” I was shocked but I’m also very glad that our work number always record all the conversation within the last four days. Plus Talus privacy team able to pull the conversation recorded on their end as well. Tried to speak to their manager, it makes me feel like they are a couple that owns this business. Because the “manager” kept making excuses for his “employee”. I believe the person told me “they do not negotiate because they are not Chinese” called Hanzel Lee. The most funny and unprofessional part is when I’m asking their information. The “manager” started telling me fake names and refuses to say his company name. But he forgot he called me with their company number and the whole conversation has been recorded lol.
Anyways, I have put together a report with all the conversation records. And I will be sending it to Federal Anti-Racism Secretariat, Consumer Protection BC, Better Business Bureau and CTV News…
