β β β β β Purchased an Arlo 3 system with high expectations based on other consumer reviews. Well, the Arlo 3 system is not very good. I have to admit, this was an expensive lesson to learn. Within a 3 month trial period, one camera failed, too many false alerts to talk about, and only paid cloud services after 3 months trial. Arlo Customer service has been a terrible experience. Too bad for me returning the product is no longer an option.

β β β β β Horrific experience with this product. Batteries came fully charged and worked for 2 months then when attempting to recharge them, the continued to dissipate charge until dead. Arlo Support is a nightmare. It is cumbersome and not user friendly and they require you to do seemingly endless testing and write dissertations on the results but you can only send a note and one pdf page on their system. Returns for dollar refunds are only available for 30 days but the product will work that long so, in other words, you are screwed. Weeks later I am still jumping through their hoops and demanding my money back with no success so far.

β β β β β Bought one of their security cameraβs from The Source. Was unaware that you had to take a subscription for the cameraβs full features to operate. Once the subscription time ran out, and I didnβt sign up, the camera became useless. I wouldnβt recommend this to anyone. Buy a Dlink camera. It will give you all the security plus recording and YOU DONT NEED A SUBSCRIPTION THAT YOU PAY MONTHLY.
This company is very misleading about their products.
