★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location needs to have the staff clean up and organize the product more. Returned items on shelves with the boxes taped up. Moldings in disarray. Some great people stand out but good luck finding them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor inventory management. Said they have portable AC available here. Purchased and opted for pickup at store. On reaching at store, the store staff were baffled to see it and said they don’t have any units. Guess it’s good for in person shopping. Highly unsatisfied.

Yesterday I needed an extensive list of specific gear and tools, and he made the experience extremely easy, and gave me great advice on warranty options and price comparisons. He single handedly saved me hundreds of dollars and got me precisely what I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here out of necessity most of the time as I live about 5 minutes away and it has what I need for home projects. Probably gonna switch to the United Blvd location after today.
Today I asked for some help on recommendations on shelving brackets, the gentleman we approached was wearing his "in training" pin. He was obviously nervous about helping me us with this. While I understand being new at a job can be daunting, especially in an environment as large as a Home Depot; what I won't and don't understand is lack of customer service and professionalism.
Immediately after I asked for his help, I was met with a brash reply, per verbatim, "I'll just make something up ahaha." With body language that very clearly displayed a reluctance to help. He immediately scurried off after we got to the shelving brackets and didn't even bother to find someone else to help us out when we made it very clear we needed recommendations.
I think it's best if someone were to sit down with the frontline staff and re-train them on customer service. It's very lacking in this location. It's enough to push someone away from wanting to come here again. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to write about a very pleasant experience i had. I was coming in need of materials to build 4x4 garden boxes for my vegetable garden. While walking around the store i ran into an associate named Justin. He showed me around the store, showing me what I exactly need even down to the drill bits. He also explained to me that my drill wasn’t strong enough for what I needed and he set me up with a drill from tool rental. While i was paying for everything at tool rental I found out that he did all this while on his break. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience.

Was looking to get an AC. Online it said they had none in store; I ordered online and had it shipped to store and got it in about 3 days.
I am used to having other Home Depots lose my online orders. But this location did not.
As well as order online and pick up in store same day; they seem to always find the stock that the location is claimed to have 99% of the time.
I had a couple snafus where products were not in a "home" (shelf location) yet there was high stock of them and no employee knew where they were. But after hunting around in the store I was able to find them myself.
This location could use more floor staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wide variety of choices of indoor and garden plants. I enjoyed shopping for garden flowering and vegetable plants. The price is reasonable and service is very good. The cashier was polite and friendly. I recommend this location of Home Depot store.
