I ordered flooring and agreed on a price and he drafted a hand written receipt and I thought nothing of it as the business appeared legit. I paid half of the agreed upon amount up front and the flooring was delivered, after which I noticed the flooring appeared to be wrong and I contacted the owner, but he brushed me off and claimed I was wrong. Several other issues along the way, but ultimately I confirmed he installed the wrong thickness of flooring and refused to fix the mistake after which he drafted a fake receipt and initialed a civil suit (search the business and the owner Bassem El-Helloui on civilresolutionsbc.ca). Needless to say, he lost. Save yourself from the headache and go with a reputable business and not scammers.

โ โ โ โ โ Floorica made some custom stair nosing from my engineered hardwood flooring. The stair nosing looks well made but I have not installed them yet. Staff were accommodating, quick, friendly and very helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ I 100% recommend buying your laminate floors and tiles here , they have good quality and are really good with their prices. The employees are such great people, they are kind ,really friendly and will help you pick out the perfect flooring. They are amazing, you wonโt leave without a smile on you face!

โ โ โ โ โ These guys are straight up gold. I found them on a FB marketplace when I called Medj was very professional and accommodating. Most places I phoned were 3-5 weeks out. The guys showed up two days after I called and had the whole top floor as well as a flight of stairs done in less then 3 days. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thanks again. I will be a return client.
