★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience during our first visit today, although it's slightly more expensive than what I'm used to paying. Pebbles seemed as though she didn't mind going to the spa for her pawdicure. We were with PetSmart for our grooming needs, and she would quiver as soon as she knows where we're going. She would also hurriedly exit the building. Today was different - she was excited to see me but didn't mind hanging around The Groomery after her booking as I was busy arranging the next appointment. Thank you, Justine, for a job well done. It's extremely important to me that we treat our dogs with love and great care above all, and this place is doing just that. It's a long drive for us but Pebbles has found her favourite spa. I highly recommend The Groomery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love taking our Aussie Shepherd here. She can quite anxious but the staff are so gentle with her and she is getting less anxious each time we bring her. They do an amazing job too!

So much so that it’s worth the extra drive to get there. Already booked their next appt. Thank you so much Sara. Macy and Cody both sent you snuggles. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the Groomery! We take our Sheepadoodle puppy here every 5-6 weeks and she always comes back looking and smelling anazing. Daisy is a bit of an anxious pup but the girls there are so sweet, experienced, and take such good care of our girl. We highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, and experience. It was my 8mo old puppy's first hair cut. As you walk up to the quaint little country 'spa,' it immediately sets a calming tone ( for puppy, and me!). The staff are pleasant, reassuring and loving. Asked and listened to details/instructions; "Blue," went to her immediately, trail wagging, with plenty of free kisses!!
I like The Groomery's motto of dog's experience over perfection, I like that they do one dog at a time. That said, Blue looked adorably cute... the cut was done beautifully. I was very pleased! He was happy and playful when we picked him up. No indication of trauma, whatsoever. The groomer said he was no trouble at all. Pretty good for a first cut. (Blue is a mixed breed, long haired.)
I can't say enough to reassure folks this is a great place to take your fur baby. In the past, with my other little guy, we had some horrible experiences with grooming, so I am very careful. Hope everyone finds this helpful (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place due to the fact I did not book soon enough with my previous groomer and not able to get an appointment with them. I am so happy to have found this place and believe things happen for a reason.
I have an older dog who is use to being groomed but of course not a fan of going to the groomers. My dog Wilson really enjoyed this place. He loved the farm atmosphere and no struggles at all getting him to the door and passing him to Sara. Thank you so much Sara for taking care of Wilson. You did a fabulous job and Wilson was not eager to leave.
Wilson was long overdue for a grooming and he came out a handsome fellow. I have already booked Wilson's next appointment. The staff is friendly and wonderful. I can not say enough about my experience. Painless, professional, and great experience.
I highly recommend taking your pet to The Groomers Dog Spa as long as you don't steel my spot. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing groomers, people and facility! I called many groomers with a 'problem/project' dog in need of proper on going grooming.
They have worked with me and my dog over the last 6 months to get him comfortable and get his coat manageable! He was extremely reactive, went through multiple groomers, each of which did not really want him to come back. And has a long double coat, that gets wet, full of sticks and matted (being a farm dog) They have been extremely accommodating and caring.
