Took my 13 year old lab for a much needed grooming after getting him back from the brother-in-law. My lab's coat came back a lot cleaner and thinner. Highly recommend Puppy Trax for your grooming needs!

My dog was at the doggy daycare here. I read the reviews and booked this place. My dog has separation anxiety and we had informed the main person about that. She told me not to worry about it. He will be fine and will be recorded the whole time too. I didnt realize that he would be left alone because of the way she assured me. I thought someone would be present there the whole time like shift work or something like that. Also, knowing that he is anxious they said they would watch him and console in person when on cam he seemed uneasy. My dog apparently did some damage. I say apparently because theres no video. I saw blood on the pic she showed me so i asked her to check if hes okay. She msged saying everythings good just a small nail issue. I trusted her. When we got him back, his nose was hurt (looked like burn) and hes missing teeth on one side of his face. I regret ever boarding him now. I asked to see the recording to see what he had done and apparently the lady was recording her dead horse so theres no recordings. I am sorry if the dead horse thing is true. But honestly, im let down. She asked to see pics so i sent them and she never replied after that again. I took him to the vet and they said something hit him hard to do that. He mentioned how the fang teeth is the hardest to take out. Also, apparently she didnt find any teeth while cleaning the area. Im just thankful he doesnt need surgery. They recommended not to take him back because his teeth shouldnt have gotten like that from chewing on a wall. Theres some gone on the bottom too.

Puneet Parmar. In response to your review. I apologize for your sweet little nervous dog's experience. You have created a very high maintenance boy, I remember your anxiety about leaving him and I suggested that you rent the room with webcams so you could monitor him and even talk to him .. you declined, looking for the cheapest option possible, I then offered in home care but you again declined opting for the cheapest possible care. I took pity on you at the time and never charged you for the damage your dog did, even though you signed a contract saying you are responsible for any damage your dog does. I am not surprised he broke a tooth he absolutely destroyed the dog door in his room including the metal latch/handle. I am sorry I shared the death of my rescue foal with you... this had nothing to do with the kennel or cameras, the barn has it's own separate system. I was very emotional at the time and was subsequently unprofessional and for that, I apologize.
