G	Geoff Lalonde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized and clean. Pricing can be very good, or very expensive. Typically though, the more expensive items tend to be rare finds. Everything from pre-chopped frozen veggies, to pies, to gluten-free/vegetarian/vegan, to snacks! Definitely a "need to check it out yourself" sort of place!

Sometimes yes the expiry dates on the shelf need to be checked but working in many food stores I know that the expiry dates are just past the date and mostly still good. If it's past the date in the freezer they had been frozen prior to the expiry. I have noticed tho they are bringing in more items related to the USA, and those items are horribly priced. $10 for a small box of cereal, $10 for canned cheese. $10 for pop tarts. It's sad really. But can't complain about the meats again the prices are sneaking up to pricing barely affordable for low income.
