Best Grocery store in Canada

A	AkUmA RuLeS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to come into this store waaay back in the late 80s early 90s to get free peach juice samples. They have been around for a very long time. To be honest, ive never bought anything from here until last night. Bought some chicken burgers and strawberry cheesecake. The prices are steep but i said to myself that must be cuz they are good quality and delicious. Well...sadly i was wrong. The cheesecake disappointed me. For 10 bucks for a small cheesecake i was expecting much more in the flavor department but honestly i enjoyed a 5 dollar sara lee strawberry cheesecake much much more. The chicken breast burgers were quite expensive. 20 bucks for 8 burgers...the flavor/taste was the same as something i could get for 8 bucks at any grocery store with their frozen breaded chicken burgers however there was much more white meat in the m and m burgers. Although i was disappointed with the items i bought, the customer service is 5 out of 5. The ladies in there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Also, i have so much memories and nostalgia growing up just down the street coming here for free juice samples when i was a kid so this alongside the customer service makes me give M and M a 3 out of 5 stars.
A	AV Tech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, unclean store, staff do not follow nor ask customers to follow directional arrows on floor. Social distancing rules not followed nor enforced. Younger, more pleasant staff needed in this store for it to run as nice as the Whitby location!

All of the staff literally walked right in front of me or between me and a cooler when there was less than two feet between me and the cooler. When I said to the last person on staff that did that to me " I'm leaving you guys don't make me feel safe" she laughed at me. Nuts that they don't care

First I let someone in front of us because we had two orders, which is fine. Than she told my mother and I to move out of the way so when people came in we wouldn't be in their way....there was nobody in sight! So we did. Than I told her that we got food poisoning from the tacos I got from here, last night we ate them and my son and I that's all we had and we both had diarrhea and threw up all night. She than said you wouldn't be here right now if you had food poisoning! I said I'm very sick still and my son also. She argued with me...which I wasn't asking for anything! I just wanted them to know. She continued to say that you purchased these in may I said they're frozen and they shouldn't make us sick! I said if they were not frozen at some point that could make us sick. I'mvery upset and I will not be going here again. I will not be talked to like that I have been a customer a long time but no longer in this store, hopefully managers in this store see this and change to nicer employees.

There are so many endless options on ideas for dinners, desserts, and even sides. Sandra knows her stuff! She's able to point you in the right direction. The two other girls (Christine and Jen) are also extremely welcoming and are ready to help when needed. The atmosphere at this location is uplifting and friendly. Will definitely shop here again!
