J	John Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING, do not shop here or donate there, I was a disappointed to find out that this is not a non-profit store, it's a PROFIT STORE, the owner pockets all the money to herself, I thought she was giving back to the community this whole time. I have a few friends that have worked there and told me she is corrupted, everything valuable that is donated is posted on EBAY or sold on the internet, where she pockets the money, do not shop here, DONATE and SHOP at the SCORE OR SALVATION ARMY instead, which actually give back to the community.

I	Indy Nadeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went @ 2400 Parkedale Ave, Brockville, ON K6V 3G8 store the greater good (goodwill) to shopping, Staff always seems to be preoccupied when ever I go here. Can't remember the last time I was actually able to purchase something without being followed and felling uncomfortable, I love to thrift because is so sustainable and I have no intention to steal anything so I would love to be treated with respect and kind next time as a normal person, without any stereotypes tks. Do better folks.
D	Diane M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a pair of Columbia shoes that were a great price here. So my mother grabbed them for me and we took to cash to buy them. The 2 cashiers looked at each like umm...and them told us we were lucky because if the manager was on duty we wouldn't be getting them for such a low price. I'm sorry but... 1. That was the price marked on the shoes 2. That will be the price I will be paying regardless if manager is present or not. That's not how things work in customer service 3. Rudely exchanging that info in front of us was uncalled for. It could have waited until after we left. 4. Sounds like a You problem! 5. You got the stuff donated in first place. And we weren't the ones to make the price your staff made the mistake. Don't shop or donate here. They're a rip off.
