Love the selection of items, the care that goes into the packing and details is so great, it’s so obvious she really cares!! She takes the time to hand write personal messages sent along with gifts, shipping and delivery has always been timely. One time she had an emergency and took the time messaged to apologize for a delay (I was blown away). The costumer service is 10/5 stars!!

If you ever feel stuck for a gift idea - I GUARANTEE you will find something here that can be positioned for whatever the occasion. Erin builds these boxes with care, and it allows you to gift more than just items, but an actual experience of opening a box full of whimsy and beautifully packaged treats. Receiving one of these boxes is like the adult equivalent of a ‘surprise bag’ but all stuff that is really cool and you will actually want!

I was also lucky enough to have a personal shopping day when the store opened!! Erin has amazing products but even more amazing customer service! I love supporting a Canadian business, but I REALLY love supporting THIS Canadian business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to shop at The Good Box Gifts shop on Osborne. So very impressed with what Erin has done from the decor and how it was set up to the items she had in stock. You have the option of her creating a box for you and you can shop the items and make your own box or just buy something for yourself. So many beautiful things. My favorite is a table runner I purchased!!! Love it on my table.

I was floored by the beautiful presentation and the quality of the products inside. Because the items can be specifically chosen for each box, every single thing (candle, bath salts, soap, mini bottle of wine!) was just to my taste. I loved it!
The next time I needed to buy a gift, I was able to experience The Good Box Gifts as a gift-giver. The website was really easy to use, the selection of products was great and the owner was very responsive to my questions and a late change on the delivery time. The gift-receiver was equally pleased by their birthday surprise!
Highly recommend this small biz and can't wait to check out the new store front!

Erin and her team were very pleasant to deal with, the timing from placing the order, to it being verified, fulfilled and shipped was quick. I find many companies who do the same sort of thing are over priced and you are treated as just another customer. Working with “The Good Box Gifts” was a far more enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for this service in the future!

There is such a wide variety of awesome gift options for coworkers, teachers, friends, etc. and the pricing is very reasonable. Plus, local delivery is really fast! Building the right box is so much fun, and Erin makes it so easy. She's super accessible, very helpful, and just the nicest person! I've been lucky enough to receive a Good Box Gift a couple of times too, and I've loved every product. (I'm actually thinking of buying myself one to try some new items!)
