Reliable, efficient and extremely professional- the property was maintained with a personal care approach that left us very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them. From Brodie Shaw to the office, their communication was straight forward and timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a lot of experience with contractors over the last year, most of which left us over spent and underwhelmed...until we hired The Gardener, specifically Jim and his stone mason Eric. From start to finish, the quality of work, customer service and work ethic was exceptional. These guys are hardworking, honest, and really focused on making the customer happy. As with any renovation, issues arise. It's how these issues are dealt with that makes the experience most memorable. In our case, despite how small our concern, Jim was quick to address it and put our minds at ease. We were so happy with the exterior stone work they completed for us that we hired them for 2 more jobs (and a few more to come).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired The Gardner to completely re-do our front landscaping which was originally done 20 years ago. Our flagstone walkway was crumbling and we weren’t even sure what the concrete would be like underneath. Jim guided us through the entire process and we were fortunate to be able to use the original concrete. The new flagstone walkway and front porch area looks spectacular!! Jim also recommended that we modernize the look by putting “ledger stone” behind the garden area. This would also keep the mulch from running over into the pebble stones. The result looks amazing! We were highly impressed with the workmanship and the crew’s attention to detail. We also decided to replace all of the plants across the front. Again with Jim’s advice, we replaced the Yews but changed our Japanese Red Maple to a Bloodgood Japanese Maple. Everything looks beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the guys were super nice to work with. We would highly recommend The Gardener to anyone!

We are so pleased with the result and strongly recommend The Gardeners Landscaping team for landscape design and installation services. From start of initial design consulting to installation, the experience was professional, very thorough and detailed. They cleaned up every day and the crew was amazing.

The Gardener design team created a stunning backyard oasis which was more than I ever could have imagined for my backyard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I "Hired the Gardener" in Burlington to do a major fence project that ran the full length of my property.
The property line had previously been a line of overgrown and diseased trees which I had removed earlier in the spring. I was nervous about the tree roots and whether a fence could even be installed.
Jim completed the assessment of the area and provided options for a best and worst case scenario. He was thorough in his assessment of the situation.
I shared photos of the style of fence I wanted, and they delivered it.
The team who did the install arrived on time, were professional, worked hard, were kind, respectful and left the property tidy.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FENCE and proud to show it off. It completes a beautiful background for my flowerbeds and provides the privacy I wanted.
