BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dealt with Russ the owner himself and I’m still in disbelief of the terrible customer service I received. This man and his Manager are liars! Beware! I had paid in FULL for my patio stones which are in high demand and was anxiously waiting for the delivery date which he set for July 27th. My project is stopped because we are waiting on the stones. 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date (only because I emailed him to confirm time) he called me to tell me NO delivery was going to happen because he never received his stone order from his supplier. He was desperately trying to convince me of that. I guess he forgot that when I placed my order with him on July 13th he confirmed he had 8 skids on the ground and that they were mine if I e-transferred him right away and even asked me if I wanted to pick up the skids. Apparently they don’t deliver to Toronto and in the end he was going to charge me $450 when I told him I couldn’t pick up. He knew I was desperate. The problem is he sold my skids to someone else perhaps to a contractor who paid him more?! Complete disregard towards his smaller customers! He simply doesn’t care about you! Beware! There are lots of stone centres out there that will go over and above for their customers equally the same. He not only affected me, but my pool company and all the traits lined up waiting on the delivery. He showed no remorse and didn’t care at all if I kept my order and waited until end of August with no guarantees. He offered to send my money back like no big deal to lose my business. Legends, PLEASE spare me with your reply… it will be a bunch of BS anyways trying to defend yourself from the public. You not only lost me as a customer but many other people that were affected by your actions…Including my cousin who lives in Burlington and who was your long time customer! Way to go Legends!!!

I do not recommend anyone to shop there. The worst customer service ever. Bought more than $13000 material but they are not returning money for the broken stones they shipped to me. Also they charged me $35 deposit for each skid and but when I returned them they said these are not belonged to us and easily they threw it to their yard and got them back for free.

I visited this place introduced by my friend. The staff guy ignored us and discriminated against others who came for counseling. We had no reason for such discrimination, and there is no justifiable reason fordiscrimination. No matter what good stuff they sell there, we have no intention of buying it where that person works. It may be a problem of some employees. However, I hope that they should be taken basic education for consumers.

Great service and good selection. Rami is amazing to work with as well. We had an issue with our shipment and Rami went above and beyond to help us get it sorted with permacon who were also great. Definitely a lifetime customer and recommending them to everyone.

Great product (Permacon) and great service. I highly recommend dealing with Mark (Gomer) extremely helpful, active and pleasant person to deal with.

I was not an easy customer and these guys were extremely patient with me. I had a chance to interact with all the staff and was happy to be treated with friendliness at every turn. We redid our entire driveway and backyard with them and will be returning for future needs.

Great quality concrete sand and limestone screenings delivered to your doorstep, what more could I ask for! Not to mention friendly customer service, speedy delivery, and competitive pricing. 10/10 will be back again for all my landscaping supplies
