On short notice, at request of the recipient, they were able to deliver a full day earlier than planned. They followed up with me on several occasions to ensure that all information was correct.
The recipient is thrilled with both the artistic nature of the arrangement and the quality of the flowers!

Bita and Remi have the rare ability to blend a professional manner and personal touch. I appreciate their knowledge, guidance, and astonishing custom floral arrangements. Their commitment to the client is evident and exemplary. I placed my orders from Victoria, BC and their delivery in Toronto was perfect. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually post reviews but I could not miss this one. After checking their website I decided to call them and order an arrangement for my dining table for a dinner party. I have to say they are great on the phone and they exactly knew what I wanted. And I can't tell how much we loved the arrangement, the colors, the flowers, packaging everything was on point. But what I loved the most was after my flowers were delivered they sent me this beautiful picture to let me know my flowers were delivered.
Overall great customer service, elegant arrangements that lasted for a long time, and apparently they don't charge for delivery service if you live in Leaside.

The flowers they delivered to the church and to our home for an evening reception were absolutely perfect. Fresh, colorful, coordinated and put together very beautifully. We will use this florist again!

I called The Flower Patch this morning, the day of the funeral, to inquire as to whether they could prepare an arrangement for me in such short notice. Not only did Bita accommodate my request, she had the arrangement delivered directly to the funeral home within less than 2 hours of me placing my order. She also sent me a picture of my arrangement upon delivery. Amazing customer service! Thank you for putting a smile on my face on this sad day.
