I walked into the reception and I cried!! It was even more beautiful than I had hoped. From initial consultation to final day of details, working with Paulina and her team was easy, fun and most importantly, dependable. Not a day you want to leave to chance. I've ordered a plethora of bouquets in my life time and never have I been in such awe over an arrangement. Without a doubt the best customer service I have experienced from a florist. The original bouquet I ordered included flowers that were out of season. Unlike most florists I've encountered, I was emailed and informed of this and asked if the available substitutions were acceptable prior to the options being chosen for me without my knowledge. Very appreciative of that. Also was given the choice to pick it up instead of having it delivered, which I preferred. When I arrived to get the bouquet I was gob smacked. The arrangement was beyond my expectations and better than I could have hoped for. This was my first time using Fete but it is just the first of many and all of my future floral decisions from here in. I can reccomend them enough and implore you to make the smart choice and use their services. You will not be disappointed. 15 out of 10 all the way.

Paulina's work speaks for itself. In my opinion, Toronto's finest. She genuinely cares about your event knowing that she'll be a part of your special day and her work will represent your taste and style. She works with whatever budget you have in mind so don't feel intimidated that some of her work has been featured in magazines. Just know that you'll be in good hands with her and her staff. Floral bouquets never disappoint. They have a wide selection of arrangements in various styles for any occasion, be it joyous or sad. And in the event of a funeral, you don't have to take what the funeral home offers. You can save money and get better flowers by ordering direct from her. Don't fall for the funeral home telling you they'll take care of it and then handing you a surprise bill afterward. Paulina will talk to you and get a feel for what your loved one liked or didn't like and then produces beautiful arrangements that you'll be proud of. From floral arrangements for any occasion, to wedding ceremonies, to funeral work, Paulina can do it all. And if you need more than flowers, she can provide rentals of things like linens and backdrops and pretty much anything you might need. She's also well connected with the finest venues so ask her for suggestions if you haven't already booked. She is, after all, an event planner, so she knows quite a bit. Give her a call and make sure to either leave a message or to email her directly. They are usually busy and don't always pick up the phone, but they always get back to you right away.

Paulina with Fete Floral was such a pleasure to work with. I knew from our first email that she would execute the wedding of my dreams. I shared with her my vision and theme colours and she truly delivered. She had more than enough patience for me with all the many changes we made during the wedding. Our ceremony and reception space was just stunning. We received nothing but compliments and I’m so happy we went with my gut and chose Fete.

Paulina felt like family from the first meeting. She easily understood our vision for the wedding and asked all of the right questions to make sure it all came together. The flowers were amazing quality and all sourced ethically, sustainably and locally when possible. We received lots of compliments on the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. They were so beautiful we had them preserved in wax and placed in a shadow box as a keepsake.

Hubby ordered flowers online from this place for Valentine’s Day. The bouquet was lovely and reasonably priced. It stayed fresh looking for nearly a week even without any flower food (not provided).
