β β β β β Overall a good experience. Mr. Qamar do have an up-to-date info about flights and related requirements which is great.
At times I tried to reach out to seek some serious clarification around my reserved booking but failed to connect while I wasn't called back later.
Once I called to book tickets for my colleague's family of 6 (urgent due to a sudden death in their fam); but no answer and no call back later. I had to switch to a different agent and they took care of it very well.
