The state of the art heated practice room is second to none in terms of comfort, space, and ambiance. The kind, caring, and ever-present staff are always eager to lend a hand and to answer your questions. This studio is one worth driving to even if you do not live in the immediate area. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Sculpt. It's the perfect mixture of yoga and Hiit. Alex is very thoughtful about his classes and mixes it up every time. I really do have "an extra kick in my step" when I leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer Bikram style hot yoga, beautiful and clean studio, caring and competent instructors, competitive pricing, filtered water, small boutique, members are friendly as well. I've been to a few hot yoga studios in Toronto and the suburbs, this studio by far is the best!

Great music, instructors and a fun group of participants. I highly recommend it. I also find I get good results. Plus the doggie is sweet ??⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience over all. From the moment i stepped into the studio the energy was warm and welcoming. I was informed on how things work and shown how to prepare for class.
The class was fantastic. The instructor was wonderful. Her warm tones, in-depth knowledge and calm nature propelled this class in ways i have never experienced.
I felt my mind rest for a short moment, which is quiet rare these days, and felt the energies flowing.
Worked up a sweat!
Will definitely be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough positive things. The atmosphere has great energy, the studio is so cute and clean (bonus: free parking) The instructors are all so amazing! Great teaching styles- they really know their stuff. They are friendly, supportive, helpful, and they make classes worth the workout :) I love how music is played sometimes during the hot yoga class. So happy I found this studio and these wonderful people!
