★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Congratulations on the opening of your new gym Chalnessa! I love coming to The fitual, the studio is beautifully crafted and modern. Chalnessa is very accommodating when booking me in for a class. I've always had an amazing experience with Heather doing the Megaformer workout, i find the class relaxing and challenging. Heather is very kind, patient, helps correct form and has the best instructions along with demonstrations ( sore for days but a good sore). Would 10/10 recommend this gym, I will be adding The Fitual to my weekly workout routine.

I've been enjoying the Fitual Anywhere that they now offer which is an online version you can subscribe to and gain access to so many videos Chalnessa and her team have put together. With my crazy schedule, it works out so well for me. I like to get into the studio when I am able to as the girls are so awesome at ensuring your form is correct to avoid any injuries and/or strains; then I always know what to be aware of when I'm doing the workouts at home. Highly recommend The Fitual and The Fitual Anywhere to anyone who loves to sweat while moving, toning and strengthening your body! Thank you for creating this wonderful workout and space.
