A passionate entrepreneur and instructor, Yvonne is the owner of Yvonne’s Fitness and has been teaching Zumba and Yoga classes since 2012 at the Lindenwoods Community Centre, offering 15-20 classes weekly. Yvonne is skilled at modifying the steps to suit all levels and ages so that everyone can join in the classes in a fun & positive environment.

The cardio is great, the music makes it a party, and Yvonne herself adds that special touch which makes it impossible to leave without a huge smile. Yvonne makes working out a treat and is able to make even intense muscular endurance exercise fun. Whether you are already super athletic, just want to shake your butt for fun, or are just starting to consider exercise, Yvonne's fitness will get you moving, sweating and smiling. Yvonne has an energy that is contagious and she is always motivating! Highly highly recommend Yvonne's fitness for anyone!

She offers a wide range of classes, I especially love the toning class, the regular Zumba and of course Strong by Zumba. I'm so thankful for Yvonne's class and highly recommend her to anyone; whether you have been doing Zumba or fitness for a long time, or are just beginning. You'll not regret signing up for her classes!

What really helped with the Covid-19 shut downs was that she offered virtual and live stream classes - Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba and Yoga. This helped me keep active and maintain my mental health during difficult times. Even with reopenings, Yvonne is keeping the live stream and virtual classes in the weekly schedule. There is an option for everyone!
