โ โ โ โ โ DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS
The Fingerprint Room is not accessible to people with disabilities. There is a large staircase at the entrance with no elevator.
I arrived with my baby in a stroller. I was able to work around it by returning the stroller to the car and carrying my baby up the stairs. I asked about the fact that people with disabilities cannot use their services. They replied "Well, they don't come here that often". Disappointing.
Service was quick but I would not recommend this business as I do not support discriminatory services. Every customer and potential employee should be welcome to your business.

โ โ โ โ โ My fingerprints were not uploaded properly so immigration Canada had to ask me to send again. I decided to go with Global fingerprints and the owner is 10x easier to communicate with. And very professional as well.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff here is super friendly and easy to talk to. they said their system is connected to the RCMP so the fingerprints get sent to the headquarters in Ottawa right away so thats a relief. they seem to really know what they are doing.

โ โ โ โ โ RCMP referred me to this company and the staff were able to help me fast. Easy parking with a clear sign in the front. They answered my question right away and overall just a great experience. I found them to be super helpful when preparing documents for visa is already so stressful.

โ โ โ โ โ I live in Australia right now and they were able to help me with the RCMP criminal record check. They knew a lot about fingerprinting in Australia and kept me posted about my application. Good thing I went to them, they're really good at responding to emails and phone calls. The other companies I tried to get a hold of, when I get hold of them, they respond like few days after. Super friendly staff too. Definitely would recommend and I'll refer them to my friends if they need it too!

โ โ โ โ โ They're efficient, the main process went very quickly, however they don't explain the process very clearly, and they didn't follow-up with us for the last step resulting in confusion. You have to be very active in contacting them and making sure any questions get answered. Communication over email wasn't very detailed, and at times lacked enough information to discern what was going on or what needed to be done. As a result, the certificate we needed was held for 5 months with no attempts to contact us.
